DragBoss Garage

This is a video showing the first Ford 351 Cleveland Block, that looks like it was made in August of 1968. This is getting sonic tested at Tim Meyers TrackBoss Performance Products. After that, it is being shipped to BES, the plan is to be determined. The rest of the video shows my TrackBoss Performance Products 351 Cleveland block I call #9, being finished up, with the CNC Stroker clearance program, general deburring, and 55 mm Manganese Cam bearings installed. The lifter bore bushings being honed out close to the .904 size. they can be finished at BES, after we get the lifters being used. I also wanted to show a video of the TrackBoss Blocks, in production, from the molds, and cores, to the rough product, being finished, and some of the parts that Tim makes in house at TrackBoss Performance Products. Including the lifter bore bushings, the manganese Cam bearings, and the billet main caps. The new TrackBoss iron block is 288 lbs in unmachined finish, How much will it way after? The block in current form, may be bored to 4.230 max, a far cry from the production block that screams be careful, at 4.030. This block could be a game changer......Stay Tuned
