The Toyota Matrix was another one of Toyota's many collaborations sharing the workload with GM/Pontiac and it was a delightful little piece of work. This chuckable little econobox is based on the Corolla, but with a wonderfully usable hatchback shape. If you need a cheap, practical car or maybe you just want to focus more on driving than on tech and features and screens, this looks to be an excellent choice.
