How to replace both Cam shaft seals and the Crank shaft seal on the Toyota 3.4L V6 5VZFE engine. This happens to be a 2004 Tacoma but the process will be the same for the 4Runner or any other Toyota with this engine. If replacing the water pump or timing belt, you pretty much have everything off except for a few bolts and screws, and it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and replace the seals especially if you know they haven't been replaced recently.
