Over the years, I've used many different outboard motors to get to and from my sailboat. They're always messy, heavy, loud and a pain to fiddle with when something goes wrong with them. The Torqeedo is the first outboard that I've owned in years that changes the game. It's easy to install, lightweight, and most importantly, IT'S ELECTRIC, so no more oil spills and loud noises. This outboard is quite literally plug and play; it just works. It makes using my dinghy pleasant to use, especially because its whisper quiet. If you're looking for something different, effective and interesting, the Torqeedo might just be the outboard for you.
