Is it OK to wear this given that I am xyz years old?
This video is based on the questions I receive via Instagram, in the comments below my video or in emails. I have tried to cluster the issues in 5 groups: wearing everything boxy, using monochromatic outfits rather than creating contrast, wearing shapes/cuts that don't fit your current body, sporting too many accessories/details, wearing a bra which doesn't fit right. Finding the right fit is not easy. I hope you will find these tips useful!
Note: the age doesn't really matter, to me. It is more about dealing with a changing silhouette, at any age.
