At its core, the Fitbit Versa 3 is a terrific allaround smartwatch. If you are looking for a way to track your overall health, see your notifications, listen to music, and perform rudimentary tasks without needing to touch your Phone, the Versa 3 can do all that and even more. The Versa 3 offers many features missing from the Versa 2. For most folks, the builtin GPS is enough to warrant an upgrade. But adding Google Assistant and Bluetooth phone call support makes it a nobrainer decision. The limitation of the SpO2 sensor only working with specific watch faces is gone. As of the latest software update, the Versa 3 will track your SpO2 readings while you sleep regardless of the watch face you have active. You can view your SpO2 readings at any time on the watch using the Today app. This feature lets you turn your Versa 3 into a Bluetoothconnected speaker for phone calls. You can talk to your watch during the call and hear the caller's answers through the watch's speaker. Since you can also accept and end calls from the watch and also initiate calls through Google Assistant, you can easily use your watch for all your voice calls without using your Phone. The bottom line here is that the Fitbit Versa 3 is the best allaround smartwatch Android users can get for the price.

The MorePro HRV tracker (available on Amazon) is a decent fitness tracker that will count your steps, measure your heart rate 24/7, calculate active calories burned, estimate distance walked or run, supports smartphone notifications, and supports running as an activity. Of course, as its' name suggests, it does measure heart rate variability (HRV). A higher HRV number indicates a healthier heart, simplifying it a bit. HRV is also helpful in detecting stress and fatigue. It features a color OLED screen with a touchsensitive area so users can navigate through the various screens, such as steps, distance, heart rate, SPO2, etc. It's very simple to use and has that traditional fitness tracker bracelet look that sits well on the wrist. The MorePro mobile app provides an incredible amount of health data. Compared to Fitbit, you'll see much more detail about your heart rate. The MorePro also has HRV (heart rate variability) and SP02 (blood oxygen) data that most trackers do not provide. The screen is difficult to read in bright sunlight. You'll have to shade the screen to read it. This is typical of such displays. It would be great if the screen automatically became brighter in brighter conditions, but it doesn't have this feature.

The Omron HeartGuide (OHG) is a digital wristwatch that takes oscillometric blood pressure measurements. The Omron heart guide is not for everybody. Considering its size (1.89" or 48 mm in diameter) and weight (4,1 oz or 115 g), this is a watch that you will see and feel on your wrist. The heart guide is powered by one lithiumion polymer rechargeable battery that will last approximately 500 cycles. An average user is expected to charge it 23 times weekly. The Omron smartwatch's battery life will be fully functional for at least three years of intensive use. When buying an Omron heart guide, the first element is your wrist size. The blood pressure cuffs must be precisely adjusted for precise blood pressure readings. Before buying it, we strongly recommend measuring your wrist's size and choosing the watch strap that will best fit you. The heart guide does not aim to be fancy but only to efficiently and practically control your heart health.
