The title of this video is selfexplanatory. The commercials in this countdown may scare or shock you into either giving up smoking completely or steer you well away from ever touching a cigarette.
Perhaps you could share this video with somebody you think could benefit from watching perhaps a smoker who needs to quit, or a nonsmoker to reinforce them to never start. You never know, it could save somebody's life.

If you are a smoker, I hope that by watching this countdown it provides you with the motivation required to quit smoking and live a healthier life. Nobody can deny that giving up smoking can be hard. Sometimes it's harder for some people than others. But with the correct help, advice and support, as well as the motivation and willpower to do so, it can be made possible.
