In this video, I share what I feel like are the top 10 hikes in the Flagstaff, Arizona area. All these hikes are less than an hour drive from the city center of Flagstaff. I lived in Flagstaff for 2 years and had the privilege of hiking nearly all of these trails at least once. 1 Mt Elden (shoutout multiple ways to get to the top and more challenging routes like the Slabs Route)

4 Slate Mountain

5 SP Crater

6 O’Leary Peak (check out Sunset Crater while you're there too)

Hike length: 9.6 miles
7 Old Caves Crater Trail
Drive time from Flagstaff city center: 21 minutes (10.3 miles)
Hike length: 3.5 miles
8 Walnut Canyon (check out the Arizona Trail in this area too)

Hike length: 0.7 miles
9 Lava River Cave
Drive time from Flagstaff city center: 33 minutes (18.9 miles)
Hike length: 1 mile long lava tube
10 O’Neill Crater
