Earlier this year I was fortunate enough to inherit a Tool Chest and all the tools within it. It hadn't been used for many years and had an awful sticky back plastic all over it. After stripping it all down I oiled the inside and repainted the outside black to take it back to its original colour. Black is also the traditional colour of an English Tool Chest.
This is my most disliked video and that is perfectly fine, I realise many people don't like the fact that I repainted the box after stripping the vinyl from it. The fact is that this box was originally painted black and the inside was probably oiled with a suitable oil (Boiled Linseed Oil in this case). So to my mind I was taking it more back to its original state than it was when I got it and I like the result. Thank you for your comments, I appreciate constructive criticism and discussion.
