Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Tamatar (Tomatoes) medium 23
Anday (Eggs) 34
Olper’s Milk 2 tbs
Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
Hara pyaz (Spring onion) finely chopped 3 tbs
Cooking oil 1 tbs
Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
Dried oregano to taste
Himalayan pink salt to taste
Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
Dried oregano to taste
Olper’s Cheddar cheese 34 tbs
Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 45 tbs
Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste
Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves finely chopped

Directions:
Cut thick slices of tomatoes & set aside.
In a bowl,add eggs,milk,black pepper crushed,pink salt & whisk well.
Add spring onion,mix well & set aside.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
Place tomato slices & sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed,dried oregano & cook for a minute then flip all the tomato slices.
Sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed,dried oregano & cook on medium flame for 12 minutes.
Turn sides of all tomato slices,add whisked egg mixture,cover & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed,spring onion leaves,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (23 minutes).
Cut slices & serve with bread.

Directions:
Tamatar ka thick slices cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein anday,doodh,kali mirch crushed aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Tamatar slices rakh ker pink salt,kali mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal dein aur ek minute kliya paka lein phir tamam tomato slices ko flip ker lein.
Pink salt,kali mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal ker darmiyani ancch per 12 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato slices ki sides ko turn ker lein,whisked anday ka mixture dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lal mirch crushed aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (23 minutes).
Slices mein cut karein & bread ka saath serve karein.
