In this video I show you how I installed the Token Ninja BB30 bottom bracket in the frame of a Cannondale carbon fiber mountain bike. I also show you that you can use a Shimano Hollowtech bottom bracket tool rather than the Token Ninja tool, and install a Sram GX crankset.
