How to Make Tofu Taste Like Fish?
Hello and Nihao! Today I'm sharing my quick and easy vegan fish fillets easy vegan Unadon! They are tofu based („tofish“), using ingredients that are staples in my kitchen. My fish substitute has a really fishy tangy taste and I love the consistency. With few ingredients and easy to cook, homemade tofu fish with kabayaki sauce is an ideal recipe for a busy week. But it is also impressive enough to serve guests.

Ingredients list:
200g firm Tofu
40g cooked sweet potato
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 sushi nori
1 tbsp roast sesame
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp cooking wine (or gin, white wine)
1 tbsp mirin (or white wine, sherry)
salt sugar
