Ingredients:
3 cups glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cups water(more or less)

Filling:
1 cup ube(more or less)

coating and topping:
1 1/2 cups grated coconut
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp milk powder

Ube Palitaw is a wonderful Filipino delicacy that mixes the unique flavor of purple yam(ube) with the chewy goodness of glutinous rice dough. This confection is frequently consumed as a pleasant snack or on special events and celebrations.
