In the northernmost tip of Minnesota, Voyageurs National Park is a watery wonderland of pristine lakes, big fish, and incredible night skies. With a third of its area covered by lakes, the park is named for the furtrading French Canadian voyageurs who paddled birchbark canoes in the 18th and 19th centuries. In this hypnotizing timelapse, filmmakers Will Pattiz and Jim Pattiz capture the dancing northern lights and scenic beauty of Voyageurs National Park.
