Hello everyone!
14 months after I gave birth to my baby, I'm finally on a weight loss program.
Actually, I didn't gain much from the pregnancy itself, but the weight all came from junk food lololol
I've been eating carbs like a monster... Eating late night snacks... so I'll try to get rid of them all.
Because raising a baby requires so much energy, I couldn't keep track of what I really ate
so I could hardly realize why I was gaining all this weight.
I could see my energy levels decrease and see the shape of my body change, so I decided to take this challenge!
As of right now, I lost a total of 4kgs and my swelling went down a bit, but I'll have to focus on losing
my body fat and increasing my muscles!
Feels great to live a healthy life.
I'm also sleeping early and waking up early as well!
Anyways, let's all keep our spirits high!!!
