I am double boarding the front of the bathroom frame ready for tiling, I set out the backing panel that is for the strength and cut out all the apertures for the fixing bolts and pipes that will connect the toilet and also the plumbing for the basin etc, then I use a small drywall router to copy the exact position of the cutouts perfect for time saving carpentry
