I made four attempts to go live on YouTube this morning, but my phone would simply not connect to YouTube. So, I had to go onto TikTok instead.

Here is my attempt at making peanut butter, fudge in an enamel cast iron pan. This is an attempt, because peanut butter fudge is more difficult to make then people say it is. Quite often the fudge does not solidify in the fridge when cooling off, even after several hours. So, I used a method here That is supposed to allow the fudge to properly harden.

This fudge is made in honour of author Toni Morrison, whose books regularly appear on banned books lists. I thought it would be appropriate to make this for Black History Month.
