We have LOVED our Tiffin and going to Red Bay Alabama to Tiffin has been the best part of our journey so far. I can not say enough what a blessing it has been to full time in a Tiffin! Being in our first year of warranty they offered us the opportunity to come and stay for free at their Allegro camp ground & free membership for one year in the Allegro club. Everyone took such great care of us while we were there. Our beyond amazing service techs Jeff & Scott in bay 48 took care of everything on our list and even other glitches that we thought were just normal. The kids LOVED sitting in the service bays ALL day, doing homework & getting to watch all of the RVs up in the air for service. It was priceless for us to get to be there and watch all of the repairs being done right along side the techs & just get to learn all about our RV. Many people complain about the lack of things to do & the lack of amenities in Red Bay but I can say that I have paid money for far less. Their campground runs like a well oiled machine.. it's clean, & offers mail services, bathrooms, showers, many large, clean washers & dryers so that you can wash & dry for only $1.75 a load. They also have a Tiffin parts & accessory store, Allegro Club office w/ store & a huge club house lounge with cable Tv's, refreshments & games. We are extremely grateful for this huge opportunity to get to tour the factories, stay for free, get everything taken care of under warranty & everyones kindness in their wonderful hospitality. I don't think you can expect to get any of this from any other RV manufacturer. We have found tons to do around Red Bay and even several majestic, natural wonders! I actually feel blessed to be forced to slow down & being in such a small peaceful town has made me realize at what a fast pace that I force our lives into. My 6 year old even commented that usually the week goes by fast but being here, the week takes a long time. As for the factory tour... it lived up to it's standards... AMAZING!
