Rusty tells the other narrow gauge engines the story of “Proteus” and his magic lamp, explaining that whoever finds the lamp will have their dreams come true! Peter Sam is so distracted by the magic lamp that he gets completely lost. He wishes to be at home. When Harold appears to show Peter Sam the way home, he realises that believing in the lamp was all he had to do!
