Lucy Guo cofounded artificial intelligence firm Scale AI in 2016 with Alexandr Wang, who she met while they were working at questionandanswer website Quora.

Guo left Scale AI in 2018the same year she made the Forbes Under 30 listand cofounded venture capital firm Backend Capital the following year. Now, she's launched a startup company called Moment, which she describes as a "web3 platform for creators."

Guo sat down with Forbes senior reporter Jabari Young to talk about her entrepreneurial journey, web3 and her venture capital firm Backend Capital.
