An MCS, Mesoscale Convective System, will dive Southeast today across Texas and Louisana with 60 to 70mph winds and very heavy rainfall. Even a high risk for excessive rainfall in Southeast Texas into Louisana. A larger scale pattern charge by Sunday as ridgeing builds in from the South and shifts severe threat back into Central Plains and Upper Midwest.
