RECIPE:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
2 garlic.
Fry for 1 minute.
Sliced tomatoes 400 gr.
Mix well.
1 carrot.
Cabbage 200 gr.
Frozen green beans 100 gr.
2 sticks of celery.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Fill with water.
2 bay leaves.
Bring to the boil.
Rye flour 200 gr.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Warm water 125 ml.
Honey 1 teaspoon.
Salt.
Mix well.
Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons.
Flaxseed 2 tablespoons.
Mix dry ingredients.
Fill with water.
Olive oil 20 ml.
Mix the dough.
Add some more flour if necessary.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Salt.
Red pepper.
Basil.
Sugar 1 teaspoon.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Dust with flour.
Roll out the dough on baking paper into a thin, rectangular layer.
Use the rest to bake more bread.
Cut into individual loaves.
Cook in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 1520 minutes.
1 courgette.
1 red pepper.
1 broccoli.
Mix well.
Remove the bay leaf.
Cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.
The bread is ready!
Parsley.
Let it cook for another minute.
The soup is ready!
