Moving dead weight isn't always easy but it can be done. Thinking outside the box can be helpful. This shipping container is 8000lbs of dead weight and here is how I moved it. :)

When we moved out to our property we bought 2 of these shipping containers to store our stuff in (one for house stuff and one for shop stuff) while we built our house and shop. Now that the second container is empty we no longer need it so its time to get it out of the way.

We moved out to the country to escape the fast paced city life. We sold our house, cashed out my 401k, and found a piece of property that had nothing on it. Doing the work ourselves, building our homestead from scratch, paying as we go, living the dream. Follow along with us on our journey as we build our homestead debt free.
