Ingredients:
Fusilli Pasta 2 Cups
Black beans 1/2 cup
Chopped onions 1/2 red onion chopped
Rocket A handful
Salt to taste
For the sauce:
Roasted red peppers from Jar 2 and 1 for topping
Soaked Almonds (peeled) and Cashewnuts 1/2 Cup (in equal amounts)
Sundried tomatoes 2
Garlic Clove 1
Rocksalt/Seasalt or any salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (34 tbs)
Lemon juice Juice of 1 lemon
Topping:
Lemon zest 1 lemon
Roasted red pepper some bits
Pistachios or any nuts A handful
Basil and Parsley A handful
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
