Shopping List:
2 lbs chicken drums (Use whatever part of the chicken you enjoy)
1 cup corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper
oil for frying
sesame seeds
diced chive or green onion
Sauce:
1/2 cup gochujang
6 tbsps brown sugar
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup mirin
56 cloves minced garlic
2 tsps dark soy sauce
6 tbsps ketchup
