Vlog and some thoughts. I'm not good at expressing myself, I tend to bottle up everything... and over time I think i've come to the point where it's overwhelming.
I want to be the person that radiates sunshine all the time, and it's becoming harder and harder in the past couple of months.

I need to be more loyal to myself, and learn to love myself. If you are going through hard times of doubt, pressure and uncertainty.. I feel you.

I'm rooting for you.

You will get past it on day talk to someone, verbalize the issues, it will alleviate some of the stress. Take time to see people you love, give yourself that space and balance. Above all, appreciate what you're bless with make more time for family, friends, pets and YOU your hobbies, your time off, and your mind. You will come back healed and recharged, maybe not today, or tomorrow but at least know that tomorrow you will be one day closer to your goals, one day closer to healing and one day closer to closure.

Today's vlog is special to me, by the end I felt I was able to break free from all that darkness. I am blessed to have supportive friends and fam.
