This is a must do mod for any lifted Econoline Van!

Alright guys, it's been a while since there's been a van update, so we're gonna pack a lot into this video. We're leaving for a trip to Oregon, and there's some stuff I gotta do before we leave. First up. My old BFG tires are just not cutting it anymore. I've been getting a crazy amount of vibration in the steering wheel, and they just are too light duty being Load Range C. I decided I needed a good heavyduty tire, leading me to the FALKEN RT01 HD in 35x12.5x17! So far, these have been AMAZING, and I can't wait to put some serious miles on them. The RT01 has the durability of an MT and the driveability on the road of an AT, so it's the perfect balance. BUT they are bigger than the BFG's because the BFG's run so small so I have to clear the rear to fit the new tires. So I show you how I did it and why I did it the way I did.

Next up, we tackle mounting our 100w Zamp Solar panels to the top of the Wasatch Highroof. I'm using a 3M 5200 marine adhesive to keep the mounting points onto the roof, then bolting the panels on. After that, I noticed the transmission's output shaft sticking out pretty far postlift, so I got a driveshaft spacer to correct that. This is a MUSTDO mod for a lifted van if you don't wanna get a new driveshaft made!
