I'm going to be taking the opportunity of my next build in Path of Exile's 3.24 Necropolis league to experiment with The Flawed Refuge combined with Divine Flesh. These mechanics make 90% of elemental hit damage be taken as chaos damage instead, which can be incredibly powerful if paired off with other useful mechanic, but also make the character nearly unaffected by elemental penetration because that damage type penetration cannot carry over to the damage types being shifted into. This video is a bit of a dive of my thoughts on the setup.
