Trash Panda, the cat mascot of the Fulton County Emergency Services and Disaster Agency (ESDA), has professed his undying devotion to Fruity Pebbles. So the cereal's manufacturer, Post Consumer Brands, decided to throw a surprise party for the stray cat.
