Ingredients for 1214 chocolate muffins:
1 egg (5060 g).
A pinch of salt.
140g sugar.
100 g vegetable oil.
110 g natural yoghurt/sour cream.
90g milk.
Mix everything together to form a smooth dough.
160 g flour.
30 g cocoa powder.
5 g baking powder.
Stir until smooth.
Put 2/3 of the dough into paper cups.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 2025 minutes.
Test with a wooden stick, it should be dry.
Let cool down.

Caramel:
220 g sugar. Melt, adding sugar gradually.
100g butter.
Stir until smooth.
160g warm whipped cream 3336%.
Be careful. The caramel will start to boil!
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Let cool down.

Cream:
200 g cream cheese (cold).
20 g cocoa powder.
50 g icing sugar.
Stir until smooth.
100g whipped cream 3336% (cold).
Beat until thickened.

Caramelized nuts:
5g butter.
30g sugar.
65 g chopped hazelnuts.

Ingredients for 6 lemon cupcakes:
60 g butter (room temperature).
100g sugar.
60g milk.
15 g lemon juice.
Grate the peel of a lemon.
120g flour.
5 g baking powder.
Turmeric for color (optional).

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 25 minutes.

Cream:
300g cream cheese.
Grate the peel of half a lemon.
15 g lemon juice.
50 g fine sugar or icing sugar (adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste!).
100 g heavy cream (3336%).
