They are so delicious that I make them every weekend! The best dinner I've ever made with this easy and delicious lasagna recipe. Recipe :

Hello friends!)) Welcome to my channel.

Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp. Olive oil.

Finely chop 1 medium onion.

Fry the onion for 23 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.

Grind 2 cloves of garlic.
Saute garlic and onion for 23 minutes.
Minced meat 700 g.

Fry the minced meat over medium heat for 10 minutes while stirring.

Salt 1 tsp.
pepper to taste.
Paprika 2 tsp.
Tomato sauce 300 ml.
Mix well.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan.
Heat the water to a boil.
Salt 1 tsp.
Pasta 500 g.
For good taste, use firm noodles.
Stir noodles once.
Cook for 810 minutes until done.

Butter – 40g. Heat in a frying pan.

Add 2 tbsp. Flour and stir constantly.

Milk 500 ml.
Pour in the milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Cook over low heat until thickened. (should look like yogurt).
Add salt and pepper (you can add nutmeg).
The sauce is ready, put it in a deep bowl.

Grate 100 g Emental cheese and 100 g Cheddar cheese.
Add the cheese to the sauce (stir quickly to keep the sauce warm).

Add hot noodles.
Mix everything well, the cheese should melt a little.

Place our fillings in a baking dish in layers.
Alternate step by step.
Layers approximately 23 cm thick.

The top layer can be sprinkled with cheese. (by request).

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
