Hello friends!
Pork fillet. 1 pc.
Add salt and black pepper.
12 pieces of thinly sliced bacon.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil and 25 g butter.
Half a whole garlic clove and 2 sprigs of rosemary.
Fry for 2 minutes.
Fry the fillet on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Place the meat on a baking sheet, add fried garlic and pour in the oil in which it was fried.
Spread with ketchup.
Cover with foil.
Cut 1 eggplant.
Add salt.
Add 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
Fry each piece individually in enough oil over high heat until golden brown on both sides.
Cut 2 tomatoes.
A bunch of parsley or coriander.
Add fried eggplant and 2 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce.

Cut 50 g of feta.
