In this video we cover one of the most controversial Rover engines ever made. Engineered with Triumph this engine was supposed to be the next chapter for the British Straight 6 engine but due to supposed sabotage and detuning so it didn't shadow the V8 the Rover 3500 SD1 lead this engine to be cast by the wayside by many enthusiasts, I hope to demistify this engine, cover it's many issues and announce my plans to help even a small bit rebuild it's reputation with an incredibly amazing project announcement.
