The Whole Enchilada in Moab is one of Mountain Biking's greatest adventures. This massive ride in Moab, Utah is iconic in the MTB world and one that every trail rider should do at some point. Right now with the massive snowfall this winter, Burro and Hazzard are closed, so we went out to Moab for an early spring Half Enchilada session on UPS, LPS, and Porcupine Rim Trail. These trails are easily my favorite on the Enchilada, and something that I will come back to ride this year. The Whole Enchilada in 2023 may not see Burro open as the La Sal Mountains got so much snow. If you make the trek out to Moab to mtb the whole enchilada definitely come prepared.
