Riding a Vespa scooter has put me in a special place that has provided physical, emotional, and spiritual rewards. All unexpected when I started riding. During the past dozen years I've ridden a variety of scooters and motorcycles but nothing compares to the experience of riding my Vespa through the backroads of Central Pennsylvania. Summer or winter, spring or fall, my Vespa scooter has created an experience that I simply refer to as "The Vespa Life."

While it may not be for everyone, I suggest no one overlook a modern Vespa scooter as a viable option when considering riding. It's not a motorcycle, and for many their expectations or ego make it a bridge too far to even consider. But if you can get past those things, you may be surprised by the unexpected world you enter.
