This documentary is about the WHITE cats. Many Turkish as well some other ethnic groups consider them as a special ''race'', however these cats are not different from other colored brothers and sisters found just about everywhere in Anatolia and beyond. These white cats, especially with oddeyes, are for some reason associated with Van city, where questionable breeding program is located.

This documentary should NOT be used as a source for you to decide, if your cat is the Van cat, or to support the idea of this ''breed's'' existence. All freeborn cats from Anatolia, no matter the color belong to the same family. It is uploaded for educational purposes and not in any way to endorse the existence of Van cat.

Enjoy beautiful cats, landscapes and amazing music... but don't take this documentary serious :)
