This documentary presents the abundant biodiversity that inhabits the urban wetlands of Patagonia, including birds, mammals and its varied vegetation.

The Tres Puentes wetland and the María Behety Park in Punta Arenas, Chile, and the Bahía Encerrada Reserve in Ushuaia, Argentina are presented.

Interviews have been carried out with two experts in environmental conservation, through which we have discovered the problems faced by urban wetlands.

The experts interviewed are: Eduardo Rice, vice president of the Patagonian Ecological Group, and Juan Francisco Pizarro Merino, professional from the Ministry of the Environment of the Magallanes Region, who offer us a broad vision of biodiversity and the importance of conservation. urban wetlands of Patagonia.
