This Surf & Turf, Picanha x King Crab Legs, on the Traeger(s) came together beautifully!
INGREDIENTS LIST FOR THE BONE MARROW COWBOY BUTTER SAUCE:
8 tablespoons butter, melted (grassfed butter is best for this recipe)
34 tablespoons rendered bone marrow, diced
Juice and zest of half a lemon
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoon freshly chopped chives
2 teaspoons thyme
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
