No holding back! We talk about our cheap DIY composting toilet set up in this video. We live in 200 sq ft and everything in our home is close together so it was important that we had a good solution for dealing with waste. We use a 5 gallon bucket set up with a urine separator, and a 12 v computer fan that ventilates the compartment. We realized quickly that a fan is very important in this set up. All up, this set up cost about $200 and we have a no smell ever!
