The Shed BBQ Sweet Southern Pulled Pork Sandwich w/Slaw Topper

Slow Smoked Pork
Ingredients:
1 Bonein (or Boneless) Pork Shoulder Butt
1 Shaker of your Favorite BBQ Rub we suggest The Shed BBQ Rack Attack Pork Rub
1/4cup Yellow Mustard
1 Bottle of your Favorite BBQ Sauce we suggest The Shed BBQ Southern Sweet Sauce
Sandwich Buns

Coat Pork evenly with yellow mustard and apply a generous amount of BBQ Rub to coat all areas. Place Pork fat side up in a 250degree Smoker (or grill with indirect heat).
Smoke low and slow until fork tender. Approximately 1 hour per pound of meat. Internal temperature of Pork should reach approximately 190205 degrees when fork tender.
Carefully remove Pork from heat and place in a cooler or cover with foil and place on the counter. Let rest a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 3 hours in a cooler.
Hand Pull Pork, Assemble Your Sandwich and Enjoy!

The Shed BBQ Creamy ColeSlaw
4 Cups Shredded green cabbage
2 cups Shredded purple cabbage (optional)
2 Cups Shredded carrots
Slaw Juice:
1 Cup Sourcream
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 TBS Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 TBS Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Sugar
Salt & coarse ground black pepper to Taste
Mix Slaw Juice, taste, add additional vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt or pepper to taste. Pour Juice over shredded slaw and stir until cabbage/carrots are well coated. Refrigerate until ready to use or at least 20 minutes so flavors can marry.
