Surrounded by the green jungle of Veracruz, we traveled the Camino Real to the sacred city of Tajín, a path used for hundreds of years by the Totonacs, to visit its archaeological and ceremonial center, recognized as a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

On our way, the Totonaca Nation sheltered us and we shared ancestral knowledge about their traditional food, medicinal plants and the value of the Tajín, their sacred area.
