Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup teriyaki sauce (Make your own homemade sauce    • Don't Buy TERIYAKI SAUCE Again  )3 cloves garlic, finely minced1 teaspoon finely minced ginger4 salmon fillets, 6 ounces each2 teaspoons water1 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions:
1. Add teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger to a bowl. Mix to combine.2. Lay salmon filets in a shallow dish or zip top bag. Pour half of the teriyaki marinade over the salmon. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to over night.3. Preheat in the air fryer to 400F. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.4. Remove salmon from the marinade and place in the air fryer being sure to shake off the excess marinade. Cook for 710 minutes or until an internal temperature of at least 125F.5. While the salmon is cooking, pour the remainder of the teriyaki sauce into a saucepan over medium high heat. 6. Add water and cornstarch to a small bowl. Mix to combine. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the teriyaki sauce and cook until thickened or about 35 minutes.7. Transfer fish to a platter and glaze with teriyaki sauce. Optionally top with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. ENJOY!
