The Promise is a musical passion play, depicting the biblical story of Christ, from prophesied birth, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension. This version of The Promise was recorded at the Will Rodgers Theater in Branson, MO in 1998. It stars Randy Brooks as Jesus. I recently came across a new unopened VHS tape of this performance. So, I have digitized it and uploaded it because I don't want it to be lost. This is my favorite christian musical. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
