For many people, the concept of selflove is an overblown theory and they often ignore its importance. People aspire to be perfect and perfectionism is considered a greater asset or attribute than selflove. When we talk about selflove, it is easy to picture someone reading selfhelp books or hugging a tree; but selflove is much more than that. A lot of studies have shown that selflove is the key to mental wellbeing and it keeps depression and anxiety at bay.
When people start to love themselves more each day, it’s amazing how their lives get better. They feel better, Their relationships either improve, or the negative ones dissolve and new ones begin , Your relationship with yourself is the most important and longest relationship you’ll ever have. you have to spending some time and put some effort everyday to develop a more loving relationship with yourself.

It’s time to start caring for yourself and treating yourself with the same love that you give to others. Loving yourself isn’t selfish, as many fear. Not only does it improve your relationship with yourself, but it shows others how to love you.
