In West Bend Wisconsin, a pair of Great Horned Owls, now named River and Oscar, have decided to nest in Christine and John Mertes' flower pot on their balcony. Dubbed "The Potted Owl", River (the female), and Oscar (the male) have captivated viewers from across the globe. Soon, they will hopefully raise their two chicks.
