This poor Matyi was rescued by FAPF (Foundation of Animal Protection in Füzesabony) Hungary:
"Meet Matyi. He is 2 years old, 13 kg friendly puli boy. Matyi's fur is in terrible condition, of course we will cut the fur, which will take several hours
Many black dogs wait in the shelter system for years before they are noticed… will he be different? Age: 3 years Sex: male (neutered) Size: 13kg Breed: puli mix Fully vaccinated, ready for adoption. Matyi is a gorgeous but nervous puli mix boy. He loves people but takes a moment to warm up. He’s very nervous of other dogs but also likes them once he gets to know them. On the leash he is reactive to ask other dogs to give him space but with a calm introduction he’s ok. He would be happy to live with another calm, gentle dog.
Matyi can find inner city life overwhelming so we would be happy if he finds a home in a quieter part of the city or out of the city. He’s very affectionate and cuddly with his humans. House trained, well behaved and can stay home alone some hours.
We would love for him to find a home with a patient family who shows him that life is worth being brave about everyone who takes a moment to get to know him falls in love with this sweet boy. He does need regular trimming as his hair grows long. However, he does not shed so also good for someone with mild allergies.
Matyi is looking for a FOSTER / FINAL home!"
