*1/2 cup sunflower seeds
* 1/2 cup almonds
* 1/2 cup sesame seeds
*1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
*2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
*2× a handful of freezedried raspberries
*1× handful of raisins (optional! You can use freezedried berries instead)
