I don't often have a perfect piece of wood to turn from and that's perfectly OK! Many know I love the imperfections in nature for my turnings. But, I must admit, this was fun! No problems, no soft wood, voids, cracks, etc. Just nice tight bark and an excellent example of Bradford Pear. Beautifully finished in shellac!
