The Osmonds In Concert 2 Nights At The Marriott Center in Provo, Utah.

This recordbreaking concert, hosted at the BYU Marriott Center for 2 nights to over 40,000 excited fans was one of the first major projects I got to work on for the Osmonds plus working on the promotions of this major 2 night sold out concert I was able to take the recorded concert to Cannes, France for distribution worldwide. This was an amazing time of superstar acts with the most powerful creative effects Osmonds sold platinum around the world.

My company, Firstvision Entertainment, landed the rights for an edited 30minute version to go on “VHS”(for those who remember video stores) for home video distribution which we did with Paper Back Video. I think I only made like 25 cents a copy, but amazing how those quarters can add up.

This concert was produced by Michael Wuergler. It was shot with eight cameras live. Watch and you can see the many angles that were used to capture this great musical experience delight from the Osmond Family. Well here is just a small segment from the live concert. Enjoy, more to come.

I have had a couple of requests to see if I still had the VHS tape we were distributing in the 80s of the concert. So I went in my “way back machine” and actually found the VHS tape. So here is the copy of that video sold nationwide through Paper Back Video of our edited version. Firstvision Entertainment at the time had several videos in the marketplace, but this was the best seller.
