The New Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas is a 31hectare project that embodies BSP’s inclusivity advocacy and the desire to be closer to the people.
As the first LEED and WELL certified government facility in the Philippines, it will be the benchmark for future government projects in terms of environmental sustainability and wellness promotion.
The masterplan balances publicly accessible zones with the high security imperatives of a central bank headquarters, a minting facility, and two tier 3 data centers. It features office facilities with innovative tech integrations, a museum, academic buildings, a sports complex, and retail spaces.
